Children’s Opportunities & Potential

Children thrive when given opportunities to learn, explore, and create in supportive, nurturing environments.

We partner with Strive Northwest (formerly Innovative Services Northwest) to support children receiving pediatric therapies and early learning opportunities. Many of these children face unique challenges, including developmental delays, homelessness, or time spent in foster care, and some are receiving services through the State of Washington.

Beyond providing therapy scholarships, gardening supplies, take-home craft kits, books to build literacy skills, and school backpacks, our members love getting involved in hands-on ways, including:

  • Starting a gardening program where kids discover how to plant, care for, and prepare food from the gardens they’ve grown.
  • Hosting our annual Fall Festival, a joyful day filled with games, crafts, and movement activities.
  • Creating seasonal craft projects that spark imagination and creativity.

Together, these projects nurture not just learning, but confidence, connection, and fun.
